3. After spending 5 years at University and then realising that this education wasn’t going to make me rich . 4. Recently I purchased a 4 bedroom home that had been renovated (minimum maintenance for me!) Due to an unfortunate circumstance the seller wanted to quit the property. The asking price was only $55,000 I purchased it for $49,000 having to use $zero of my own savings.
